Is there a way to see the swatches in-person?
Yes! We are happy to lend the actual swatches upon request. Just send us a message on Instagram with your details and we will deliver them to you.
What if I'm looking for something similar but it's not in your catalog?
Our catalog is just the beginning. We have access to a much wider range of pieces from trusted suppliers, so if it’s not listed, we can source a close match — or even the exact piece — just for you.

Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required at the time of ordering, with the remaining 50% due immediately prior to delivery.
Payments can be made via bank transfers or GCash.

Shipping & Delivery
For delivery within Metro Manila and nearby provinces — we use third-party delivery services such as Lalamove. Toll and assistance fees are excluded from the calculated shipping fee as per Lalamove’s policy.
Kindly let us know in advance if you have any special delivery requests, such as extra manpower, installers, extra packaging, or crating for shipment. Additional charges may apply.
For shipments to provinces not serviced by Lalamove — we offer a nationwide cargo delivery service. The rates will depend on your location, weight, and size of the item. To get an accurate estimate, please send us your address, details of the product you want to ship, and the quantity needed.
Alternatively, customers can choose to pick up their orders directly from our site.
Pickup + Storage
All ready items must be picked up within 10 days of purchase. If you require more time, please coordinate with us before making the purchase.
Extended storage options are available for an additional fee.
Returns / Refunds
Please note that all sales are final and payment is non-refundable if the customer chooses not to proceed with the order.
For customized items, it is crucial to confirm the dimensions, materials, and color choices before processing the order. To assist with this, we are happy to provide additional images of fabric swatches or even lend actual swatches upon request, ensuring complete satisfaction with your selection.
Should an item be found to have a manufacturer’s defect or sustain damage during transit, we will gladly accept the return for repair or replacement, provided it falls within the warranty coverage. Our priority is to ensure that your products arrive in perfect condition, and we are dedicated to addressing any concerns promptly and effectively.
Item Damaged in Delivery
If your order is delivered with any damage, please contact us at bauhausmanila@gmail.com or send us a message on Instagram at @bauhaus.manila providing a photo of the damaged item. We evaluate these issues individually but always aim to resolve them to your satisfaction.
Warranty
For our custom pieces, we provide a comprehensive 6-month warranty. This warranty covers any manufacturer’s defects as well as any damage that occurs during transportation. Should any part be deemed defective by Bauhaus Manila, it will be promptly repaired at no additional cost to the customer.
For all other items, we offer a 1-month warranty that similarly covers manufacturer’s defects and transportation-related damages. This ensures that our customers receive products in optimal condition and have peace of mind regarding their purchases.
