Shipping policy
For delivery within Metro Manila and nearby provinces, we use third-party delivery services such as Lalamove. Toll and assistance fees are excluded from the calculated shipping fee as per Lalamove’s policy.
Kindly let us know in advance if you have any special delivery requests, such as extra manpower, installers, extra packaging, or crating for shipment. Additional charges may apply.
For shipments to provinces not serviced by Lalamove, we offer a nationwide cargo delivery service. The rates will depend on your location, weight, and size of the item. To get an accurate estimate, please send us your address, details of the product you want to ship, and the quantity needed.
Alternatively, customers can choose to pick up their orders directly from our site.
Items damaged in delivery
If your order is delivered with any damage, please contact us at bauhausmanila@gmail.com or send us a message on Instagram at @bauhaus.manila providing a photo of the damaged item. We evaluate these issues individually but always aim to resolve them to your satisfaction.
